1. About these terms

kettlebellbooks.com (including www.kettlebellbooks.com, the "Site") is run by IKU LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 15442 Ventura Blvd, STE 201-1081, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403, USA ("we", "us"). IKU LLC is the company behind IKU, Cavemantraining and KETTLEBELL MONSTER.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data on the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site lists every kettlebell book by Taco Fleur. Each book has a book page, an inside page, a reviews page and a questions page. The Site has no accounts and sells nothing directly: when you want to buy, a button takes you to a store.

3. Buying a book happens at the store, not here

• KETTLEBELL MONSTER shop (kettlebell.monster). The main buy button takes you to the KETTLEBELL MONSTER shop. Your purchase there is governed by the KETTLEBELL MONSTER Terms of Service, Billing & Payments terms and Privacy Policy, not by these Terms.
• Amazon, Apple Books and Google Play. Purchases on these stores are made with that store under its own terms.
• Prices. Prices shown on the Site are a snapshot and may be out of date. The price shown by the store at checkout is the one that applies.
• Availability and formats depend on the store and your country and may change without notice.

4. Affiliate disclosure

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Most Amazon links on the Site contain our Amazon Associates tag. If you buy through one of these links, Amazon may pay us a commission. This does not change the price you pay.

We also earn money when you buy from the KETTLEBELL MONSTER shop, because it is our own store, and the books are written by our founder. Please read our descriptions with that in mind.

5. Reviews and questions

• Reader reviews shown on the Site come from KETTLEBELL MONSTER, where they were already published by the readers who wrote them. We show them as written; they are the reviewers' own opinions.
• Amazon reviews are linked, never copied. They belong to Amazon and their authors.
• Answers on the questions pages are general information about the books, written by us. They are not personal advice.

We do not edit reviews to change their meaning and we do not pay for reviews.

6. Health and exercise disclaimer

The books listed on the Site, and the descriptions, samples, inside pages and answers on it, teach kettlebell training. They are for information and education only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Before starting any exercise program, consult your physician or another qualified healthcare provider, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant. Kettlebell training involves physical exertion and carries an inherent risk of injury, including joint stress, grip fatigue, muscle strain and back injury. Nobody can assess your body, your environment or your equipment through a book or a website.

If you choose to follow any exercise you read about, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, IKU LLC is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from that.

7. Our content

The Site's text, book covers, sample pages, images, design and the names IKU, Cavemantraining, KETTLEBELL MONSTER and Taco Fleur are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site, share links to it, and quote short parts with a link back. Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read the Site so they can tell people about the books. You may not republish or sell its content, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

8. Fair use of the Site

Please do not attempt to disrupt, overload or break the Site or its security, access it with automated tools at a volume that affects others, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Links to other websites

The Site links to stores and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, prices, products, delivery or privacy practices.

10. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep book information accurate, but we do not promise that the Site will be error-free, complete, current or always available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IKU LLC and its officers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Because the Site is free to use, our total liability to you for all claims about the Site is limited to USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted here with a new effective date and applies from that date.
