Solid instruction. A very good book outlining what you should know in order to do the kettlebell swing correctly. Stresses safety and correct form as pillars to safe kettlebell training. I really enjoyed this book.

I have several books and even done online trainings from Taco Fleur and Cavemantraining, it's all been fantastic. You can't go wrong with anything from this company
Liked it because it helped me understand
I like the book because it helped me to better understand the principles
A really useful book that introduces you to the KB swing and provides cues to use when training or teaching someone
Very informative and descriptive read on how to perform what I’ve found to be one of the best overall exercises one can do.

I have all the book volume, so far I’m enjoying it
Great Intro
This book is a tremendous value! The price is small. The value that you receive from this book is worth so much more than the tiny price of it. The instruction and progression to completing a kettlebell swing exercise is very clear and easy to understand. This book also contains several kettlebell workouts! I am convinced that Taco Fleur cares about the safety of his students. I have not come across better instruction anywhere else. I look forward to more from Taco.
Perfect detailed instructions
Taco Fleur has a great way to communicate how to do this vital exercise. The photos were helpful. Swing Away!!!
Taco knows his craft. Good read with a lot of details that I didn't know before. But to be honest for a book dedicated to swings I would expect it also includes single arm swing as well.
Very interesting
This book is laid out very well. It's a great place to learn about the kernel swing. Once you get the technique down and can do it safely, many other kernel exercise are possible.
Great way to get started with a foundational movement. This book is laid out very well. It's a great place to learn about the kettlebell swing. Once you get the technique down and can do it safely, many other kettlebell exercises are possible.

Really great book written with dedication, a lot of super important details, I especially liked "Quality over Quantity", and I do 5 sets of 10-12, explosive, even with explosive and loud exhale (I believe it increases air pressure in lungs); going against Tim Ferris (75 swings nonstop for losing weight)
The book title is appropriate. Taco Fleur breaks down the two-handed kettle bell swing. If you are familiar with his writings, he stays on point while giving a lot of hidden details that other authors miss. Like all Caveman training books, there are plenty of pictures with the explanations and links to videos. The end of the book gives several workout plans that revolve around the kettle bell swing. The perk about Caveman Training is the variety of workouts using fundamental movements, like the swing. As opposed to minimalistic training mentality, Caveman Training offers plenty of variety that keep you enjoying your workouts day after day. This book is great for those new to kettle bell training and can fix any errors that veterans may be having.
Taco will beef up your understanding of the 2a KB swing. Taco is incredibly thoughtful and thorough in his writing. I am partial to Pavel, but, I like reading Taco's work because he spices things up a bit rather than crunching his way through the standard platitudes.

I read this book by Taco and at the beginning I thought this must be a very thin book...everyone knows how to hip hinge! The more that I read it was very soon that I realised that there is more involved with this movement than I originally thought. A well set out book that gives you all of the required information in a easy to digest format and the support of videos The book is a must for all kettlebell enthusiasts and especially for anyone who instructs
A great book and source of info for anyone wanting to get in to the kettlebellswing
Even though I have been using kettlebells for a few years I still found plenty in this book that I didn’t know
Good basic information about the kettlebell swing. Explain it good, doesn't complicate the technique and can fix your bad form.
All of the Caveman/Taco Fleur books are excellent. I epecially like the Kindle versions as they usually have links to videos.
Taco Fleur wrote the most comprehensive book on the Kettlebell Swing. Written for the student and the instructor, Taco breaks down the kettlebell swing to all its key components in a clear, simple, and bold style. Since the swing is fundamental to learning the clean and the snatch, this book lays the foundation to perform the swing safely and effectively. Use the links embedded in the ebook as a tool to help you learn or teach the swing. Arm yourself with knowledge!
Very well explained!!
A great tool in learning proper technique!
Some people believe that the two handed kettlebell swing is one of the perfect exercises such as rowing and freestyle swimming and running. Doing it right really does deserve an entire book dedicated to it. Very useful but targeted mostly to personal training and trainers.

A very good book on the kettlebell swing. It mentions some swing variations without giving them much coverage which lost the book a star since it created an unfulfilled expectation (Gyra sport swing). Since it it excellent coverage of the hip hing swing which I do it met my needs.
I have been using kettlebells for about 3 years. Self taught from videos. Then I read this and finally understood that I was not doing it right. I made a sub le correction and it made all the difference in the world. Well written.
For the king of exercises to get fit and strong, the Kettlebell Swing is the one. But to get the most out of it, you must bet the technique correct and this publication does it best to help with this.
Way way too basic. Absolutely nothing you couldn't find for free on Pinterest. Seriously. Not nearly as in depth as I had hoped for some one writing about one, single, immensely technical exercise.
This book is slightly dry but I really appreciate its thoroughness and conciseness. Great overview and solid tips on proper form and technique.
Useful for anyone who has never picked up a kettlebell. Grip position, fundamentals — a little sparse, few photos.
Well thought out. Follows the movement, good description , and ques. Great learning and teaching tool. I use to visualize and check my own movement. Well done Taco.
Nice analysis of the proper techniques, variations and pitfalls of working with kettlebells.
A great add on to the hip hinge. Love the section on faults and how to correct them
Really nice explanation of the kettle bell swing. Not too complicated, this is a must if you are interested in including kettlebell training into your routine. It breaks down the swing perfectly and explains each phase in an easy to understand manner. This book will also help coaches to understand where athletes go wrong and give advice how to fix the problem.

December 13, 2019 I've been using kettlebells for a couple of years now. The swing is definitely my favorite exercise and I originally had the goal of just losing weight. Little did I know that this exercise was also great for building strength and muscle too! This might just be the most comprehensive guide there is on the swing. It really goes in-depth about the correct technique as far as grip, movement, and body & weight placement. However, the information is straight and to the point. There is no fluff meaning you can learn and progress at a quick pace. It's not overwhelming for beginners but definitely has a lot of insight you won't find anywhere else for folks like me who've viewed numerous swing technique videos online. Inside this e-book are various pictures showing both correct and incorrect techniques. There are also links to videos for reference too. If that isn't enough, at the end are several kettlebell swing workouts that are short but effective. Most of them in the 10-20 minute range. It fits perfectly with my busy schedule. Perhaps the most unique aspect of this e-book is the author's offer for an optional assessment. You can record a video of your progression, upload it to a beginner's kettlebell group, and get advice/feedback free of charge. I don't believe any other trainers offer this. You definitely get your money's worth with this small investment.
Then I read this and finally understood that I was not doing it right. I made a subtle correction and it made all the difference in the world.
