Another awesome course from Taco and Cavemantraining. I knew "generally" how to do a "traditional" TGU, but this went into all the nuances, details, and tips required in order to effectively master this amazing move. Beyond the traditional "lunge-style" get up, however, I was introduced to a whole swath of additional get ups. I personally loved the "Shin Box Get Up" but will definitely be trying to implement a lot of these variations into my regular training program.

Great information in thorough detail! So many variations and moves to practice!

★★★★★Capt Jaipreet Joshi

Initial few videos are repetitive , could be avoided and move straight to actionable. Otherwise the course is good.

I really appreciate the time and effort that has clearly gone into this course. As a coach myself, I found Taco to be very effective at emphasizing all the necessary pointers to master the get-up and as a result I have picked up a number of cues that will improve my own training and the clients I coach. Lastly, I am grateful for all the additional content including the fun no hands get up variations and the kettlebell get up variations I had yet to see before this course. Thank you Taco, nicely done.

I went in to this course wondering how much there was to learn about a TGU. Turns out there's a lot. There are a number of variations on offer, as well as the finer technical points of the base movements. The focus on proper progression and self-assessment makes for a strong developmental path, and there's an honesty in Mr Fleur's delivery that is oddly refreshing. I would say that the introductory section was a tad repetitive, but this is something that can be overlooked in light of the details throughout the rest of the course.

★★★★★Marley Andretti

Absolutely loved it! I had no idea there were so many variations of the get up. Videos and narrative were spot on. I learned some valuable new things.

This course offers a clear and concise break down of the TGU. Taco starts with a methodical warm-up and moves into the breakdown of the Turkish get-up I would describe as; punching up to post, bridging to kneeling windmill, then to the get-up overhead lung portion of the exercise. From there Taco gives a few ideas on how to incorporate the TGU into different flows and covers additional variations of the TGU. Excellent overall exercise and course content.

This course is excellent. The demonstrations and explanations are very thorough and there is a strong focus on proper form to avoid injury. This course is an excellent way to learn the turkish getup and also several variations of it.
